Welcome to Glenn Wood Tap (“GWT”). By accessing or using our website https://glennwoodtap.com/ (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions in full.

Products and Services

GWT offers a tap dance syllabus for purchase. All products are delivered electronically and can be accessed via the Site upon completion of the purchase. Some products are solely for streaming and not able to be downloaded. It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct product.

Payment

All transactions are processed securely. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the current price listed at the time of your purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the syllabus is the property of GWT and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Transmitting any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GWT or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the products purchased. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or products is to stop using the Site.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Subscription Agreement

Billing and Renewals

Your GWT Studio Subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of your first syllabus purchase and provides access to all the inclusions listed above.
Your subscription is billed annually via automatic direct debit, starting from the date of your first syllabus purchase.
The $200 subscription fee covers 12 months of access and renews automatically at the end of that period.

First-Time Purchase Rule

When you purchase your first syllabus, your 12-month subscription is included.
Any subsequent syllabus purchases do not trigger a new subscription charge unless your subscription has lapsed.

Cancellations

To cancel your subscription, email office@gwt.com.au prior to your renewal date.
Cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the current term.

License Validity

Your license to teach the Glenn Wood Tap syllabus remains valid only while your subscription is active.
Lapsed subscriptions may result in suspension of portal access and removal from the official Studio Registry.
